Theme:             Listening to detailed technical instruction and executing.  These groups need hold each other more accountable for listening to detail and all being on the same page when drills start.  We do not have time to waste.    

                        Game like stations having to focus on quality of technique while shifting the areas of focus.         

Active Dynamic Warm up

2.)                Rebounding

Superman Warmup

Match players up to teach swim move, chuck, opposite side run, should drag

One on One live till someone scores 2

3.)                Two ball reaction ball handling

Together, Alternating, Switches

4.)                Roaming hard closeouts

Closeouts first

Closeouts to box outs

Closeouts to multiple one on one

            Streak shooting-  kids must stay with in range and eliminate all compensations
